Je suis directeur de laboratoire à l'Institut de Recherches Cliniques de Montréal (IRCM) et j'étudie les régions non codantes du génome. Je m'intéresse tout particulièrement aux régions qui produisent des ARN non codants. Dans mon laboratoire, nous utilisons les données de génétique humaine et les combinons avec des approches moléculaires, génomiques, bioinformatiques et d'édition du génome pour étudier les régions inexplorées du génome et mieux comprendre leurs rôles durant le développement et leurs impacts sur les maladies.
